They are briefly renamed the Delusion Empire ( デリュージョン帝国, Deryūjon Teikoku) when Doctor Z assumed leadership. Their monsters are known as the Chief Clerks and almost always have an overly long name. Most of their plans involve terrorizing otaku into abandoning their hobbies or trying to banish the otaku culture from Akihabara in hopes of changing it into a business district.
